Do I need a reservation? How can I book?
Guests with reservations are given priority. You can book through any of the channels listed on our Reservation page (online booking, phone, etc.). Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are a fully cashless salon and do not accept cash. The following payment methods are accepted: - Credit cards: VISA / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover - Contactless and e-money: iD / QUICPay+ / Apple Pay - Transit IC cards: Kitaca / Suica / PASMO / TOICA / manaca / ICOCA / SUGOCA / nimoca / Hayakaken (PiTaPa is not accepted) - QR code payments: PayPay / d payment / Rakuten Pay / au PAY / Merpay / WeChat Pay / Alipay+
What should I wear? Do you provide a change of clothes?
We lend comfortable session wear free of charge, so feel free to come straight from work or sightseeing. If you are only having a foot care session, you are welcome to stay in your own clothes without changing.
Is it OK if this is my first time?
Of course. If it is your first Thai relaxation experience, we will walk you through the flow and check your preferred pressure carefully. Please feel free to ask us anything on the day.
Do you welcome male guests?
Yes. Our salon is open to everyone regardless of gender, and male guests are very welcome. Many visit on the way home from work or while on a business trip or holiday. You are welcome to come on your own, with friends, or as a couple.
How do I enter after the building's front entrance closes?
The building's front entrance closes at 22:30 on weekdays and at 21:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If your reservation falls after that time, a staff member will come down to the first floor to meet you about five minutes before your appointment. To avoid waiting outside, please arrive just before your reserved time.
